• Provide a full refund of the amount paid
• Offer to create a new booking for an alternative tour or date at no additional cost
• Provide a partial refund if you choose to proceed with a modified version of the tour

Any resolution will require your explicit agreement. If we cannot reach an agreement, you will receive a full refund. We are not obligated to honor bookings made based on incorrect information, but we will work with you in good faith to find a satisfactory solution.

5. Participant Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Arriving at the meeting point on time
• Following the instructions of your tour guide
• Behaving respectfully toward other participants and the guide
• Ensuring you meet any age, health, or fitness requirements specified for the tour
• Bringing any required items as specified in the tour description
• Informing us of any special requirements or medical conditions that may affect your participation

6. Limitation of Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and the tour operators. While we strive to ensure quality experiences, we are not liable for:

• Any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the tour
• Changes to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control
• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
• Weather conditions or natural disasters

Participation in tours is at your own risk. We recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance.
